December 9, 2009 19:24using 127.0.0.1 instead reset it
Clearing the cache didn''t help.

However, when I hit 127.0.0.1 it cleared whatever was wrong with localhost.

So it''s working now.

Thanks,

Can you clear your browser history for localhost.  Unfortunately on NK3 there was a permanent redirect from / to the /ep+..   When you switch to NK4 that''s now a proper 302 temporary redirect but you''re browser has a long memory.

I just downloaded NK version 4.0.1 and started it up.

I get this in firefox under Linux, and direct firefox to localhost:1060 :

Request Resolution Failure - SOURCE res:ep+name@doc_index as IBinaryStreamRepresentation

It is working fine when I hit that same server from a windows machine, from firefox.
It works fine when I use lynx or konqueror from linux.
I shut down firefox all the way, then restarted.  Didn''t help.
I went to edit/preferences and deleted all localhost cookies.  Didn''t help.
Also, when I try to sign on to the 1060 site (i.e. log in, as I am now from windows) from that browser on Linux, it does nothing.  I push the button and it reloads, but doesn''t tell me anything about a bad username or password.  No response.

Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it?

Thanks,
